Steven Spielberg - Shoot for the Stars

Steven Spielberg is described as one of the most powerful and influential personalities in the history of film.   As a director, he is the most successful of all time.

From an early age, Spielberg showed exceptional talents as an imaginative young boy with a great passion for the arts. As a child he earned the nick name Cecil B. DeSpeilberg, when he began charging his friends and family to view his home movies. By the age of 12, Spielberg was already visualising himself receiving an Oscar and began rehearsing his acceptance speech.

Spielberg journeyed to that Oscar he envisioned, asking for help and mentoring from famous actors and top directors along the way. He knew that in order to be the best, he would have to learn from the best.

Speilberg found success in his unique ability to bring life to the stories we all love on the big screen. He has directed some of the world’s most loved and quoted movies, including E.T., The Color Purple, Jurassic Park, Schindler’s List and Saving Private Ryan, among others.

Spielberg's talents and abilities teamed with a passion and commitment to his career has made him the most powerful filmmaker in the world.

"I don't dream at night, I dream all day; I dream for a living." - Steven Spielberg
